Exercising can be fun if you want it to be. It is best when you exercise at the time of the day when it feels convenient for you. Waking up early in the morning to jog is not a bad idea, it could be more fun if you do it in the company of your friends, and you can also jog with music on. If you find it difficult or unsafe to go out in the morning and jog, then you can get a skipping rope and skip at home. Better still you can get a treadmill or cycler and work out in the comfort of your home. The good part about working out at home is that you can workout at any time that is convenient for you, you do not have to worry that the sun is out or that it is too dark, also it is safe.
